January 2016 – after the results of сonsideration by the Supreme Specialized court of Ukraine of Civil and Criminal Cases the application of members of the Workgroup from advocates of the Bar Association of Ukraine and the lawyers of office of the Ombudsman of the President of Ukraine on children’s rights it will be specifically defined and approved the legal opinion of the court of cassation on issues that determine the existence of unequal judicial practice in the pleading cases concernig permission the child to leave abroad without notarized consent and support of father / mother (the appropriate response was received in early January 2016).
