27.11.2017 – Anna Garo participated in the round table on the topic: “Determination of the place of residence of the child, participation of one of the parents in the upbringing of the child, regulation of the order of the child’s departure outside Ukraine: practice and problems”.

In the course of the round table, draft Laws on amendments to Article 313 of the Civil Code of Ukraine on simplification of the procedure for departure abroad of Ukraine of persons under the age of 16 (registration number 6637), amendments to certain legislative acts of Ukraine regarding the order of the child’s departure outside Ukraine (Reg. No. 6647), on amendments to certain legislative acts of Ukraine regarding the improvement of social protection of children, (Reg. No. 7217), on amendments to certain legislative acts of Ukraine on strengthening the protection of the rights of the child to the proper not keeping by improving the order of compulsory collection of arrears for payment of alimony (Reg. No. 7277).

The event was attended by deputies of Ukraine, representatives of central bodies of executive power, judiciary, scientific institutions, public and international organizations.
