At beginning of the event was made a brief overview of the features of mediation procedures and the basic tools of mediator.
During the performanceon the basis of teaching cases there was a demonstration of some stages of mediation to resolve the dispute in the area of heritage between sisters.
Using of mediation in Ukraine has not gained of wide application, and therefore performance has caused a lot of questions about the effective combination of advocacy legal aid and mediation services.
That is why in the end were analyzed all aspects of mediation in the presence of a professional lawyer.
