Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine registered a draft law on amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine to improve the protection of children’s rights to proper maintenance, prepared by a working group of the Committee of family law lawyers AAU and Office of the Commissioner for Children’s Rights.
The proposed regulation is planned to improve the mechanism of alimony and child extra costs by reducing the term of consideration of court cases, judicial protection of rights simplify the maintenance creditor, shifting the burden of proof on the maintenance payer, account maintenance payer hidden income when determining the amount of alimony, ets.
